In 2023, Jack in the Box signed a development agreement for 22 units with four Northern Mexican States. This was our first franchise agreement in Mexico in more than three decades. We couldn't be more excited to bring our craveable 24/7 menu to the people of Mexico, and you can see their excitement from our grand opening in Chihuahua, MX.

 

 

Who We're Looking For

When it comes to Mexico, we're looking for an experienced multi-unit franchise operator preferably with experience in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry. In this video, we'll go into more detail about the specific type of individual or group we're looking for - along with our strategic plan to grow via franchising in the Mexican market.

 

 

Financial Requirements

Due to the unique expenses of bringing Jack in the Box to Mexico, we have three financial requirements all potential franchisees must meet. You'll also be responsible for receiving products from the United States and distributing them throughout your area.

At Jack in the Box, our menu is based on our original approach to bold flavor fusions, variety, authenticity, attention to quality, and fresh preparation.

We operate in the primary food category of burgers. However, we have a unique menu with innovative items like tacos, chicken sandwiches, jumbo egg rolls, salads, and breakfast served 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
